Private Client Solicitor
Experienced Private Client solicitor (upwards of 2 years PQE) required for well-established firm in North Essex to cover all aspects of private client work, including Administration of Estates, Wills, LPAs and Court of Protection. Experience of non-contentious work is essential, experience of contentious work would be an asset.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, and a willingness to build up an already buoyant client base.
Candidates must have the ability to work independently with minimal administrative support, and be confident to use electronic case management systems and Will and LPA drafting packages.
The role will suit someone seeking a position within a small and friendly environment, who has a desire to potentially head and develop the department longer-term.
