Family Lawyer
We are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic lawyer to complement our friendly yet effective team. The right candidate would join us and take on an established caseload of family law work. We offer services across the family law spectrum but with an emphasis upon matrimonial finance and private law children work.
We have a legal aid contract that we are able to utilise now and again when required, so a candidate with legal aid experience would be desirable, but our practice is predominantly privately funded work and at times does involve high value and complex cases.
We have a great reputation locally and further afield and we work hard to hold onto and promote this through the provision of exceptional client care and professional standards.
The role would be a hybrid role with an expectation of at least 2 days a week in our office in Great Dunmow.
We are able to offer to the right candidate:
- An attractive salary;
- A lucrative commission/bonus structure;
- Contributory pension scheme;
- Very comprehensive health care to include additional provision for optical and dental care;
- A friendly and very supportive working environment;
- Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- Social events throughout the year;
- Hybrid working;
We will consider candidates across the range of PQE.
Wills & Probate Lawyer
We are looking for a Wills & Probate lawyer to join our small, friendly, dynamic department.
The role will cover all aspects of private client work, including Administration of Estates, Wills, LPAs and Court of Protection. Experience of contentious work would be an asset but is not essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to work independently, and also provide comprehensive fee-earning support for the existing team with minimal administrative assistance. This position may suit someone newly qualified, but proven experience of working within Wills and Probate is essential.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking both full time and part time working arrangements.
